Most prices are starting guides unless explicitly marked as fixed. Every variable job is quoted individually before work begins. Device repair parts are quoted separately from labour; the €89 consultation is a fixed, VAT-inclusive service that is credited in full against any work you book.
IT support is €64.99 an hour, websites start at €349, device repairs at €35 with free diagnosis, PC builds from €799, social media management at €349 a month and a technology consultation is €89. Fixed prices are marked as fixed; everything else is a starting guide quoted in writing first.

Already have a site that looks dated, loads slowly or falls apart on a phone? I'll modernise it without starting from scratch. Usually €499–€1,199.

Claim the €449 refreshCan a grant pay for part of it?
Sometimes, but not the way it used to. The old Trading Online Voucher closed in 2024. Its replacement, the Grow Digital Voucher, pays for software subscriptions and setup, not for a custom-built website. Here's the honest version.
Grow Digital Voucher — up to €5,000
Your LEO pays 50% of eligible costs, from a €500 minimum to a €5,000 maximum grant.
- For businesses with 1 to 50 paid employees, trading at least 6 months, with tax clearance
- You must first complete a Digital for Business project with your LEO (within the last two years)
- Covers a year of off-the-shelf software that's new to you: online shop platforms, booking and payments, CRM, cloud accounting, cyber security
- Training and setup count too, up to half the project cost
- Apply before you order or start anything

Custom software is scoped individually — a small automation tool and a full web application are very different jobs. Every project gets a free discovery chat and a written fixed-price quote before any commitment.
Typical projects: booking systems, business dashboards, automations, integrations between existing systems, customer portals and personal apps.
No day rates, no open-ended billing — you know the full cost before work starts, and you own the code at the end.

All builds include OS install, drivers, updates, an overnight burn-in and handover ready to use. Parts at cost, priced 23 October 2026 — memory and SSD prices are still rising, so your quote uses the price on the day. Parts are paid for upfront, once you approve the spec, so they can be ordered in for your build. The build fee is paid when you collect. A new Windows 11 Home licence is €139 if you need one.
